Description

You will own the requirements and process lifecycle from project initiation through completion.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and define system and user requirements via observation, interviews, and analysis.
• Translate customer needs into formal business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Document current business process flows and conduct business process re-engineering.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, create story cards, manage product/sprint backlogs, and handle sprint creation.
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) using project management software.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the last 8 years.
• 4+ years defining requirements and providing technical advice in large-scale environments.
• 4+ years analyzing end-user needs and conducting fit-gap analysis.
• 4+ years using business requirements tracking tools for recording and prioritization.
• 3+ years interviewing non-technical users to document process flows.
• 3+ years using Visio for standard flowcharts and swim lane diagrams.
• 3+ years in Agile/Scrum methodology, including leading ceremonies and managing backlogs.
• 3+ years creating test conditions, cases, and scenarios.
• 2+ years in Business Process Re-engineering.
• Documented experience on at least two software projects exceeding 2,000 FTE hours.
• Documented experience using Microsoft Project or Clarity to develop a WBS on at least two projects.
• Experience working within a large organization as ODPS.
• Proficiency in systems process and data mapping and detailed documentation.
