Description

You bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project implementation through rigorous requirement definition and process analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define and document end-to-end business and system requirements by engaging with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Conduct research and analysis to resolve business issues and identify operational, financial, or technological risks.
• Facilitate user story workshops and manage requirements using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Support the UAT process and create process documentation to transition activities to business-as-usual teams.
• Collaborate with developers to oversee technical tasks, such as creating SFTP transfers from source databases to AXIOM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience facilitating user story workshops and gathering requirements.
• Practical knowledge of SFTP processes.
• Experience working with AXIOM.
• Ability to document end-to-end business processes and system requirements.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
