Description

You will manage the lifecycle of software development and implementation projects as a technical Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and define system and user requirements through observation, interviews, and analysis.
• Translate customer needs into formal business requirements and document current process flows.
• Conduct fit gap analysis and perform business process re-engineering.
• Create test conditions, test cases, and scenarios to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) using project management software.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the last 8 years.
• 4+ years of experience eliciting requirements and conducting fit gap analysis.
• 4+ years of experience working with end-users in large-scale environments to provide technical advice.
• 4+ years of experience using business requirements tracking tools for recording and prioritization.
• 3+ years of experience interviewing non-technical users to document business process flows.
• 3+ years of experience using Visio for standard flowchart and swim lane diagrams.
• 3+ years of experience creating test cases and scenarios.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Process Re-engineering.
• Experience using Microsoft Project or Clarity to maintain a Work Breakdown Structure.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Agile Alignment within BABOK.
• Documented experience managing projects requiring at least 2,000 FTE hours.
• Experience with systems process and data mapping.
• Experience working within a large organization as ODPS.
