Own business and system requirements for transmission programs while analyzing operational data to support budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory filings.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements for transmission programs.
• Analyze data including outages, performance metrics, costs, load flow, and work orders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory filing processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, engineering, and IT teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Maximo, GIS, EAM, and OMS.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Ability to analyze complex operational data sets.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SCADA/EMS, protection and control systems, and substations.
