You will bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions by designing and integrating technical solutions across multiple business functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection, analysis, and documentation of future business requirements.
• Assess the need for APIs and initiate the gathering of all relevant technical requirements.
• Align IT resources and processes to design enterprise solutions that meet client organizational needs.
• Serve as a project team member or team lead to drive deliverables to completion.
• Identify how IT solutions can strategically support specific business units and complex processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience creating use cases and scope documents.
• Proficiency in producing process flows using Visio.
• Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements and drilling into technical details.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to track and drive project deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
