Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with non-technical stakeholders independently.
• Collaborate with resources across business and functional lines to align objectives.
• Prioritize system and user requirements based on elicitation outcomes.
• Break down complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis or project management.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage time and resources to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with clear articulation in English.
• Experience in influencing, collaboration, and negotiation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
