Description

Lead requirements discovery and analysis for moderately complex projects and system enhancements in an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements sessions with business stakeholders, Product Owners, technical teams, and QA.
• Analyze current-state and future-state business needs, identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts.
• Create business process models, workflows, and visual documentation using formal notation like BPMN.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear functional, non-functional, and acceptance criteria requirements.
• Decompose larger requirements into actionable work items for development and testing teams.

Required Skills

• Experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile development environment.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, backlog refinement, and user story lifecycle management.
• Ability to create detailed documentation and visual artifacts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting Requirements Traceability Matrices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and training coordination.
