Description

Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for Property & Casualty insurance systems, bridging business needs with technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis with P&C stakeholders.
• Translate high-level needs into detailed, development-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Map and model current-state and future-state business processes for policy, claims, and billing.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with QA to develop test plans.
• Support integration updates for core administration platforms like Guidewire and Duck Creek.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis within the Property & Casualty insurance sector.
• Proficiency with Guidewire and/or Duck Creek core systems.
• Strong ability to document system requirements and maintain thorough technical records.
• Experience acting as a liaison between business leaders, Product Owners, and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with regulatory standards impacting insurance operations.
• Experience with proprietary insurance system integrations.
