Description

Support the Product Development Division with business and system analysis for technology initiatives. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document As-Is and To-Be process flows using structured modeling techniques to describe new business functions and technology designs.
• Define and author project business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain system and functional test plans to validate defined requirements.
• Write and maintain user documentation, help desk knowledge-based support materials, and system protocols.
• Coordinate business process reviews, requirements gathering sessions, and status report meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business or system analysis.
• Experience with the Project Development Lifecycle.
• Proficiency in integration testing.
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to create technical reports by collecting and summarizing information.
• Skill in designing and maintaining technical and standard documentation.
• Experience with structured modeling for process and information design.

• Any Graduate degree.
