Description

You will manage requirements and process improvements for teller operations and core banking systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for teller operations, core banking platforms, and branch systems.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to define requirements.
• Design and improve teller workflows and application UI/UX.
• Translate operational needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with teller operations and branch systems.
• Knowledge of core banking platform integration.
• Ability to design workflows.
• Experience with UI/UX requirements for teller applications.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis.
• Ability to support user acceptance testing (UAT).
