You will bridge healthcare insurance stakeholders and data science teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, and business managers to define objectives and KPIs for healthcare insurance lines.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements, processes, and workflows to guide data science projects.
• Partner with data engineers and scientists to identify data sources, ensuring data quality and completeness.
• Interpret complex modeling results and communicate actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor solution performance and coordinate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the healthcare insurance industry.
• Deep understanding of healthcare insurance operations, including underwriting, claims management, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with data analysis, modeling, and machine learning concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proven ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical business units.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data engineering, data governance, and HIPAA compliance.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management frameworks.
