You will drive requirement identification across business units, evaluate system processes using real-time data, and develop prototypes to improve technical productivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop systems prototypes to enhance technical business processes and productivity.
• Create and implement detailed management plans with transparent communication across all levels.
• Perform and communicate quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
• Partner with sales, finance, security, and compliance teams to develop analysis and documentation.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to troubleshoot problems and maximize effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in analytics and systems development.
• High proficiency with SQL and database management.
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven analytical abilities for evaluating systems requirements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
