Description

Bridge the gap between departmental needs and technical implementation through data analysis and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and systems using time-in-motion studies and focus group sessions to identify improvement areas.
• Recommend and implement process changes or system modifications to automate business workflows.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, test, and maintain database and application updates.
• Define project goals, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure milestone achievement.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with the Deployment Manager and facilitate training sessions for new processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis and data analysis.
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate workloads to meet project objectives.
• Experience with data validation and report development.
• Strong project coordination and risk management skills.
• Ability to communicate project status and escalate issues to senior management.
• Experience designing and implementing training documentation and programs.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Identity Access Management (IAM) experience.
