Description

Lead discrete projects focused on organizational efficiency through process improvement and technology system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current departmental processes and systems to recommend modifications for automation and streamlining.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, test, implement, and maintain database and application updates.
• Define high-level project goals, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies for project milestones.
• Coordinate with the Deployment Manager to execute user acceptance testing and manage project transitions.
• Perform data validation, report development, and communicate project status to senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookup, H-Lookup, concatenating formulas, conditional formatting, and Pivot Tables.
• Experience working within Agile methodology.
• Deep knowledge of the mortgage industry and origination processes.
• Proven ability to define business problems and propose technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
