You will design and implement data exchange integrations between LabVantage LIMS and IDBS E-Workbook.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration workflows in IDBS ELN to retrieve sample metadata from LabVantage.
• Develop functionality to integrate IDBS LIMS with laboratory instruments.
• Build functionality to push analytical results from IDBS ELN to LabVantage.
• Design IDBS ELN connectors, drivers, and mappings.
• Automate the retrieval of sample details and transmission of result data between systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with IDBS E-Workbook development, including connectors, drivers, and mappings.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong experience in Java and JavaScript.
• Competency in SQL, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with Excel.
• Understanding of laboratory informatics processes and CFR Part 11 regulatory compliance.
• Experience with application integration tools.
• Experience with instrument integration, including direct and file-based instruments.
• Experience working with middlewares such as LabX or SDMS.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in Laboratory informatics and Enterprise application integration.
• Deep understanding of LIMS workflow and MasterData.
