Description

Own the development lifecycle for Loss, Use, and Conservation (LUC) and Water Loss Audit (WLA) applications, bridging business needs with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop design documents, user requirements, and business processes for new application features.
• Translate user needs into technical specifications, including interactive questionnaires, weighted calculations, and data visualization reports.
• Create and validate user acceptance testing (UAT) protocols.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Information Technology Division.
• Integrate business rules into system requirements and communicate technical instructions to users.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis methodologies and project management principles.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing and evaluating complex IT applications, policies, and issues.
• 4+ years of experience translating user needs into technical styles and documentation.
• 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word and Excel.
• 4+ years of experience writing reports using Power BI or similar tools.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing technical information and automation system specifications.
• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst analyzing raw data using Excel and Power BI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with diagramming and vector graphics applications like Microsoft Visio.
• Experience using design tools for application mockups, such as Balsamiq or Adobe XD.
• Experience with application planning and delivery tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps.
