Description

Design and build AI-powered business workflows for Sales Ops and BPR functions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Map as-is and to-be workflows, create user journey maps, and identify AI intervention points.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user shadowing to prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
• Design AI-powered workflows using GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and build prompt libraries.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions involving APIs, data flows, and integrations.
• Lead UAT, manage the AI use case backlog, and train teams on adopting new workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Design, or Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
• Strong knowledge of BA concepts, process mapping, and change management.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and requirement validation.
• Ability to understand APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Sales Operations, CRM, or Order Management systems.
• Portfolio of AI-driven workflows or prompt libraries.
• PMP or Agile certification.
