Description

You will manage third-party due diligence screening and anti-corruption regulatory compliance initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Review third-party due diligence screening reports to identify potential issues based on risk criteria and regulations.
• Analyze compliance allegations and conduct additional investigations.
• Research regulatory matters to support compliance program initiatives.
• Manage multiple standalone projects and initiatives simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
• Collaborate with global teams to define measures of success and achieve project outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related compliance role.
• Proven experience reviewing third-party due diligence screening reports.
• Experience working on anti-corruption regulatory compliance programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau.
• Strong analytical and research skills regarding regulatory matters.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects or as part of a global team.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with compliance management software.
• Knowledge of international anti-corruption laws (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
• Project management certification.
