Responsibilities

• Interpret technical, functional, and non-functional requirements to deliver solutions.
• Facilitate design discussions to ensure sustainable end-to-end solutions.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate project status.
• Collaborate with in-house development teams and external vendors for successful outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT projects within Financial and Insurance sectors.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Experience interpreting technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with deployment and support of insurance systems.
• Ability to communicate complex technology concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degrees.
