Description

You will manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle within an Agile environment to support web and mobile application development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements, documenting them as epics, user stories, wireframes, and business rules.
• Facilitate backlog grooming and support the Product Owner in defining value, priority, and release scope.
• Develop use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria that meet the team's Definition of Ready.
• Analyze stakeholder requests to determine if they constitute defects, new stories, or modifications to existing scope.
• Collaborate with QA to develop and execute test plans and clarify defects during the testing process.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT or Business Analysis, including researching, testing, and documenting applications.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile methodology and Agile teams.
• Proficiency in feature decomposition, context diagrams, stakeholder analysis, and state diagrams.
• Ability to create wireframes, use cases, and business process definitions.
• Experience with backlog management and requirements management strategies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with Product Owners, business users, and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Scrum Master, Product Owner, or IIBA/PMI Business Analysis certifications.
• Telecommunications industry background.
