Description

You will drive product strategy and requirements lifecycle for airline Flight Operating Systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product vision and strategy by aligning roadmap items and OKRs with portfolio goals.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, define acceptance criteria, and manage testing best practices including functional, unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Maintain a healthy product backlog and coordinate with squads to manage dependencies and value increments.
• Use data and competitive benchmarking to define baselines, measure outcomes, and identify unmet user needs.
• Collaborate with UX, Technology, Vendors, Risk, Compliance, and Security teams to balance technical and product health.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in airline Flight Operating Systems (FOS).
• Direct experience with FOS Crew and Dispatch applications.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and requirements facilitation.
• Technical knowledge of product architecture, data models, and analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing, continuous deployment processes, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to use querying languages and tools supporting automation and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
