Lead the analysis, evaluation, and re-engineering of business systems and processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements using brainstorming, data mining, document analysis, and user interviews.
• Produce technical artifacts including Field Definition Matrices, business rules, interface requirements, use cases, and activity diagrams.
• Perform gap analysis and risk assessments to align existing requirements with current business needs.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and participate in the creation of project test plans and test cases.
• Manage security access, user profiles, and role-based system permissions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for customizing form behaviors.
• Proven experience implementing cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
• Ability to create requirements traceability matrices, error validations, and role-based system profiles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of organizational change management and risk assessment.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working on criminal justice projects.
