Description

Act as the bridge between end users and technical teams to support infrastructure projects and Snowflake enablement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from end users and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Manage the intake process for Snowflake tickets, handling approximately 10 requests per week.
• Write detailed documentation and user stories within Jira.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage project scope and feature upgrades.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills

• 2-3+ years of experience supporting infrastructure projects.
• Experience writing user stories and gathering requirements in Jira.
• Basic knowledge of Snowflake environments.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take initiative.
• Experience managing ticket intake and documentation workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
