Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and Agile software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Create process maps, workflows, and functional documentation.
• Support UAT, functional testing, defect tracking, and validation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage requirements using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Use SQL and relational databases for data analysis and validation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong requirements gathering and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Strong UAT, functional testing, process mapping, and documentation experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

• Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of APIs, REST services, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Experience in Healthcare, Banking/Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, or Manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
