Description

You will lead the end-to-end business requirements lifecycle from initial discovery through user acceptance testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Act as the primary liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team.
• Develop detailed product and internet systems requirements based on customer and market needs.
• Create comprehensive test and training plans to ensure successful project completion.
• Collaborate with product, relationship management, quality assurance, project management, and technology teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Expertise in defining and documenting Business Requirements.
• Proficiency in mapping and designing Process Flows.
• Experience working within Quality Assurance frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
• Ability to translate client tactical goals into functional technical requirements.
• Experience managing requirements through all stages of the delivery lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
