Description

You will own the business analysis efforts supporting Technology initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications aligned with data standards.
• Review and create new report requests or enhancements for existing reports, ensuring alignment with data sources.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders, leading by influence.
• Perform data validation and troubleshoot reporting anomalies.
• Maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial analysis within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proficiency in data analysis and report creation; ability to synthesize data into key messages.
• Experience with ServiceNow and BMO processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Critical thinking and strong organizational skills with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to lead and coach team members.
