Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build consensus and explain sensitive information.
• Manage multiple simultaneous priorities independently with limited supervision.
• Use analytical skills to address internal or external business issues.
• Identify trends and recommend best practices to improve services.
• Own decisions impacting multiple organizational areas.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in data analysis.
• Working knowledge of Agile tools including JIRA and Rally.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• High attention to accuracy and detail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

• Ability to work independently and proactively within a team environment.
