Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes and implement strategies to automate and modernize systems.
• Perform requirements analysis and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Manage project lifecycles, including developing plans, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to communicate insights and findings.
• Lead and coach junior staff while managing resource allocation and cost efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading and supporting successful projects and top-performing teams.
• Advanced technical skills with the ability to perform detailed requirements analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong documentation skills for communicating results and updating procedures.
• Experience creating detailed reports and delivering presentations to management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities and resources.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in prioritizing initiatives based on complex business requirements.
