Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and Access skills.
• Experience working within an Agile development environment.
• Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Human Resource, Financial, HRIS, or Business Intelligence systems.
