You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation for software applications and IT projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret specifications to develop new software or revise existing applications.
• Coordinate testing of new and existing applications to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Develop and implement operational plans, user specifications, and system administrative procedures.
• Establish project priorities and monitor the development of design and testing specifications.
• Compile concise policies and standard operating procedures to communicate technical issues to management.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business systems or Information Technology project environments.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and project management.
• Practical experience with QA and testing processes.
• Ability to develop SOPs and operational procedures.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
