You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and coordinate efforts between business and technical teams, including international members.
  • Translate business use cases into actionable documentation, performing data discovery and mapping.
  • Plan projects, estimate timelines, lead daily standups, provide status updates, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams across functional workstreams, including SAP SD, FI, CO, GL, and COPA.
  • Design and execute quality assurance testing, including unit, regression, and integration tests.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Experience managing implementation projects with shared task responsibilities across multiple system integrators.
  • Proven experience documenting Business Requirement Documents, Functional Documentation, and Technical Specs.
  • Deep understanding of the order-to-cash process and SD/Finance module integration points.
  • Familiarity with SAP SD, FI, PA, GL, and COPA modules.
  • Experience collaborating with SAP BW/HANA, Functional, ABAP, Business Partners, BASIS, and Security teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans.
