Description

You will lead an offshore analyst team to deliver data-driven insights and reporting solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
• Gather reporting requirements and business features from stakeholders to drive actionable improvements.
• Provide ad hoc data support using SQL, R, or Python.
• Monitor performance of existing reporting services to ensure no gaps in feature reports.
• Develop tagging requirements for front-end implementation and coordinate testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data or business analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in a mathematical, analytics, or software engineering field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (including Hive) and relational database normalization.
• Experience with query and reporting tools such as Tableau, Pivot, or Kibana.
• Technical skills in Python, R, or code development.
• Knowledge of SDLC, YAML, and A/B testing for optimization or canary release tactics.
• Ability to define key performance indicators and metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git, Elasticsearch, or data mining.
