Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, solution designs, and business scenarios.
• Support change management activities, including planning, audience analysis, and designing interventions.
• Manage implementation processes, focusing on risk minimization and benefit acceleration.
• Play a team management role, fostering collaboration and high standards within the team.
• Develop professional relationships across departments to enhance collaborative working.
• Document accurate status reports for PMO and delivery managers.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and stay updated on industry trends.
• Navigate stakeholder complexities to gather requirements and resolve conflicts.
• Shape business requirements and solution designs across multiple disciplines.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively and deliver change within tight deadlines.
• Engage in big data programs and possess strong data analysis skills.
• Communicate effectively across various stakeholders in a multi-programme environment.
• For Senior BAs: Manage small delivery-focused data teams.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Business Analysis within the Financial Services / Capital Markets domain
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and insights
• Experience in writing and managing BRDs (Business Requirement Documents)
• Solid understanding of change management processes
• Ability to work in big data programs and handle large datasets
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities (PMO, Delivery Managers)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong team leadership and collaboration skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
