Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, solution designs, and business scenarios.
• Manage implementation processes, minimizing risk and accelerating benefits.
• Document accurate status reports for PMO and delivery managers.
• Navigate stakeholder complexities to resolve conflicts and shape requirements.
• Manage small delivery-focused data teams and foster collaboration.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services or Capital Markets.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and insights.
• Experience writing and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Solid understanding of change management processes and interventions.
• Ability to work in big data programs and handle large datasets.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading small, delivery-focused data teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities for PMO.
