Description

You will work within an existing development team to ensure system functionality meets customer expectations through requirements analysis, testing, and documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, user, and quality-of-service requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to conduct requirements analysis and define project achievements.
• Execute full system testing to verify overall functionality.
• Support software in production environments by handling customer-reported issues.
• Create user stories, tasks, and bugs within Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in requirements gathering.
• 4+ years of experience developing business requirements documentation.
• 4+ years of experience conducting full system testing.
• 4+ years of experience supporting software in a production environment.
• Experience with automated testing practices and tools such as Selenium.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps.
• Experience working within a Scrum or Agile development team.
• Strong technical writing and organizational skills.
• Ability to document requirements related to software accessibility.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Prior Commonwealth experience.
