Description

You will analyze information system objectives, scope, risks, and dependencies to drive strategic decision-making. You will design and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict design outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level flow charts, modular maps, activity diagrams, and process flow diagrams for current and future state processes.
• Create testing programs, test scripts, use case scenarios, and acceptance criteria covering database impacts, regression, and usability.
• Present insights and recommendations through the creation of dashboards, reports, and integrated business projections.
• Assist in prioritizing Digital Technology initiatives based on organizational needs, workload, and budget.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Data Visualization.
• Proficiency in Scrum, Agile Methodology, and Waterfall frameworks.
• Ability to conduct financial, product, market, and operational research to support business planning.
• Experience communicating the financial and operational impacts of requested business changes.
• Capability to perform ad hoc analysis to investigate operational issues for technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Operations Research, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
