You will use data and evidence to drive business decisions and product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into quantitative analysis to provide actionable recommendations.
• Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize digital marketing channels, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and inform strategy.
• Build, prototype, and automate dashboards and reports to deliver insights at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to perform end-to-end analysis from data gathering to final presentation.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, ideally within the internet or technology sector.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting using Tableau and Google Analytics.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Ability to manipulate and transform complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data sets.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, data warehousing, and data modelling.
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience querying massive scale data using BigQuery.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
