Description

You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to drive project requirements and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles and requirements by working through ambiguity and limited information.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate with collaborative teams while maintaining clear communication regarding project status.
• Execute project goals independently with minimal supervision in a rapidly changing environment.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in project management or business analysis.
• Direct experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with Jira software implementation.
• Subject matter expertise in Human Resources.
• Experience with Jira Product Owner workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle constructive criticism and conflict management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Uta.
