Responsibilities

• Analyze business, technical, and functional specifications to define clear product requirements.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to test, implement, and validate system corrections and improvements.
• Monitor project performance using analytical tools to identify variances and execute necessary corrective actions.
• Mitigate project risks by implementing approved workarounds and action plans.
• Communicate project progress and variance reports to all stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries (MySQL or PL-SQL).
• Hands-on experience with SQL, XML, and TFS.
• Experience with web-based software applications.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Ability to document detailed functional requirements focused on usability and auditability.
• Experience conducting facilitated workshops for requirements analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
