Description

Define requirements and manage project delivery for Human Resources stakeholders and development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with HR customers to identify requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Manage project schedules by breaking activities into actionable tasks and setting completion timeframes.
• Support UAT activities, including writing test cases, developing templates, and resolving issues with developers.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and update current-to-future state workflow diagrams.
• Monitor project progress, track documentation, and escalate blockers to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Proven experience with Jira software implementation.
• Subject matter expertise in Human Resources.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing.
• Proficiency in workflow diagramming and documentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and execute tasks despite ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.

• Any Graduate degree.
