Description

You act as the primary Business Analyst on vendor-led projects, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement clarifications to convert business needs into testable BRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Partner with vendor PMs and solution architects to confirm scope, assumptions, dependencies, and manage change requests.
• Develop communication plans for releases and coordinate UAT planning, scripts, and defect tracking to closure.
• Collaborate with business owners to create training plans, including assets and job aids, for internal application enhancements.
• Triage production support issues, reproduce defects, and document bug reports with steps-to-reproduce, logs, and impact analysis.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Proficiency in writing clear, testable requirements including BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and tracking defects through resolution.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
• Strong analytical skills for triaging production issues and documenting technical details.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional project dependencies.
