Description

You will bridge business and technical teams to drive project completion within an agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for systems and programs through direct collaboration with technical teams.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documents within defined systems.
• Analyze, prioritize, and document changes to business workflows and system processes.
• Conduct data research to identify problems and determine solutions, such as redesigning products.
• Update project statuses, risks, issues, and timelines to ensure accurate reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis and project life cycle management.
• Experience delivering software as part of an Agile delivery team.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, or RTC for requirement gathering.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Proven ability in process mapping, group facilitation, and data analysis.
• Strong capability in business case development, including cost-benefit and impact analysis.
• Ability to translate complex business objectives into technical system specifications.
• Experience breaking down complex concepts into discrete, manageable tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing consulting services to governmental entities.
