Description

You will own the requirements lifecycle for large-scale IT systems, bridging the gap between business leadership and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements for design, development, and implementation using SDLC methodologies.
• Create, present, and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documents.
• Document, trace, and prioritize changes to business practices, workflows, and system processes.
• Conduct data research to determine solutions, including product redesigns or new processing methods.
• Update project information, including statuses, risks, issues, and timelines for reporting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working on large, complex IT systems.
• 8+ years of experience eliciting requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• 8+ years of experience with SDLC procedures and system development methodologies.
• 8+ years of experience managing stakeholder expectations, priorities, and project governance.
• 8+ years of experience managing multiple tasks and changing priorities in cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or TFS.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong skills in process mapping, group facilitation, and data gathering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
