Description

You will drive requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex IT modernization initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documentation.
• Perform data mapping and data modeling activities to support system enhancements and modernization efforts.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to manage expectations and priorities.
• Analyze workflows and data to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
• Support Agile delivery teams through the SDLC, including testing coordination, issue tracking, and validation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis for large, complex IT systems.
• Strong expertise in data mapping and data modeling.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Agile practices.
• Hands-on experience with ALM tools: Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, or RTC.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and relational databases.
• Skilled in process mapping and workflow documentation using Microsoft Visio.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, IT, or related field.
• Familiarity with information management practices and architecture analysis.
