Description

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and digital strategy, design, and execution teams to define and document functional requirements for digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Derive and document functional requirements for digital projects ranging from website content updates to large-scale, multi-year initiatives.
• Translate business requests into actionable documentation for digital execution teams.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure all requirements are accurate, complete, and clear for project teams.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to varying audiences across multiple levels of the organization.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software marketing or product management experience.
• Proven experience managing digital (web or mobile) development projects.
• Extensive experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in gathering requirements using UML, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Experience using requirements management tools such as Jira or Rally.
• Background in technology or IT-focused projects.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage projects of varying scope and complexity.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
