Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and digital execution teams to define and document functional requirements for web and mobile projects.

Responsibilities

• Derive and document functional requirements for digital projects ranging from small website updates to long-term, complex initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between business requestors and digital strategy, design, and execution teams.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure all requirements are accurate, complete, and clear for project members.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences across multiple levels of the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software marketing or product management.
• Proven experience managing digital development projects (web or mobile) and IT-focused initiatives.
• Proficiency in gathering requirements using UML, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Strong experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with requirements management tools such as Jira or Rally.
• In-depth knowledge of product development, management, and evaluation processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects of varying scope and complexity.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with active listening proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
