You will bridge the gap between end-user departments and technical teams to deliver data-driven business solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify Microsoft Power BI reports, data extracts, and system interfaces.
• Act as a liaison between programmer/analysts and end users to define requirements, process flows, specifications, and test plans.
• Support Programmer/Analysts with data element analysis for APIs and batch interfaces.
• Troubleshoot technical or data issues within business intelligence reports and interfaces.
• Lead or participate in technical projects using formal project management methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data-focused roles.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power BI.
• Deep understanding of Colleagues and SAP Business Intelligence data elements.
• Ability to validate data accuracy within reports and deliverables.
• Knowledge of how business processes impact data timing and reporting accuracy.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with technical teams to support APIs and batch interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing incidents, service requests, and change management via TeamDynamix.
