Bridge the gap between business stakeholders, development, and operations teams to align requirements with DevOps objectives.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure alignment with DevOps principles.
• Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development and operations teams.
• Integrate business requirements into CI/CD pipelines by working closely with DevOps teams.
• Evaluate and recommend DevOps tools focused on automation, collaboration, and efficiency.
• Identify process improvements within the DevOps lifecycle and define KPIs and metrics to track performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a business analysis or similar role.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and processes.
• Experience working with GCP, Azure, or AWS cloud platforms.
• Ability to document technical requirements and user stories.
• Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
