Description

You will act as the primary liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders to manage Atlassian-related tools and digital solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and technical specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into technical documentation such as data flow diagrams and integration points for engineering teams.
• Optimize business processes and workflows by identifying opportunities for technological improvement and automation.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to validate that implemented features meet defined business requirements.
• Analyze platform usage data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of new features and solution outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst working within Agile and DevOps environments.
• Deep expertise in Jira (JSM, Software) and Confluence configurations and use cases.
• Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps including ScriptRunner, JMWE, JXL, and Structure.
• Proficiency in documenting workflows, user permissions, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab and managing technical requirements for data integration.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical constraints.
• Proven experience in requirement elicitation, process optimization, and change impact assessment.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate complex technical updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive technology adoption through change management, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of training programs.
