Description

Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams to drive requirements for banking applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements through direct engagement with stakeholders.
• Write detailed requirement specifications for technology teams and lead peer reviews and walkthroughs.
• Analyze business functions and objectives to evaluate and define technical requirements.
• Manage requirements across multiple teams while supporting testing and UAT phases.
• Evaluate current and proposed architectures to ensure alignment with business enhancements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Deep knowledge of the banking domain.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Advanced experience with spreadsheets for requirement analysis.
• Experience working with web-based systems and vendor product integrations.
• Working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies and their associated artifacts.
• Ability to translate complex business functions into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Bank Branch, Branch Teller, or deposit domain applications.
• Prior experience in Core banking services.
